Lakewood HS: Reached the CIF Finals in the 400 meters (49.7) as a senior and was voted his team’s Sprinter of the Year… Earned All-Moore League recognition as a senior and junior… Qualified for the CIF Prelims his junior season in the 100 meters (11.2) and 200 meters (22.9)… Voted his team’s Sophomore of the Year and Freshman of the Year… Was on the football team for four seasons…..
